This is small sample of photographs for Honolulu Cookie Company, Hawaii's premiere cookie company. For the last 10 years I've photographed their products for e-commerce, in-store signage, mall posters, and print advertising. We average 6-10 shoot days a year.

These photographs were created using medium format digital capture. The 100 megapixel resolution is required for in-store 8 ft backlit displays. On these productions I do all of the photography, food styling, and set design.
